Problem Party Experience settings

Hi , im ZYGHY i`m from roumania and i have a question.
My server have experience 50x and i want make experience in party and i don`t know formula . i use season3 Episode1 Mureedlan files

I want :
party in 2: 55x
party in 3: 55x
party in 4: 55x
party in 5: 60x
but a player if not have party i want to be .50x
How can i set

its working with confused formula i dont know but always i make exp settings with Try - Catch method :))

So whats the difference between NormalParty and SetParty ?
how do I need to configurate if I want:
2Player Party: 200%
3Player Party: 300%
