problem using Level 3 mg wings

Make sure your character has completed 3rd quest and has enough level to equip it.

The character is in the final evolution and has the required level.

Fixed: in the line wings item.kor which says that the character can use all the wings have a value of "2" to the MG I put "3". Greetings and thanks
