check your ip,sql id and pass in config.php also you can try to change ' ODBC ' to ' MSSQL'

or download xampp version 1.7.1 and all will be ok

u need to get the rank by having 1 or 2 or 3 or 4 o 5 thousands posts and u cahnge it from "profile options"
