Problem with dataserver

Then i launch dataserver, i get this error: GSDBSet ODBC Connect Fail. I get this error with all server files. If i launch via administrator, it took about 5 min to load.

I use win 7, 32bit.
SQL 2000
Server files tried from s3 to s6. Any idea?

I installed it properly, like 100 time before. Seted configs properly. No mistake

im launching DataServer.exe from DataServer1 folder, cuz in MuServerStartUp its not took long, and automaticaly turn off, so its no possible to see error.
