problem with MuCore

Hello guys i gave a plroblem with MuCore Ban Manager . I add character +Period+Reson and click Ban Character /Account in Admincp and i have this error

and later i connect in agmcp and see this error

its better to ban character through MuMaker OR SQL Server manually in the databases> character> find CtlCode and if u make it 1 = banned character.
