it's youre own server ?
u checked youre sword(fiuz file).bmd in youre client ?
youre weapon must have a 3d model and an img .OZJ file skin.

as i know..

o.O u had created this weapon ?
try opening this sword27.bmd with pentium tools viewer or milkspahe 32 (need sword27.smd)
if u dont underestand i dont know ^^
this bmd seems broken
