problem with SCFdb3 please reply

hello guys! i need some smart heads to help me with this problem(shown is SS) it comes from SCFdb3(that red dragon thingy). someone knows how to fix this? my server is working and everything, but it keeps poping up.. it's really annoying i'm using SCFMT Cracked Files v7.09.00 + Fixes & New Items By SCF Team

I think the error comes from your file,i never use them before.

i think it's your anti-virus blocking it

and firewall ,,, or SQL set up ,,,

I fixed this problem before but post the config file here so I can see the information in order to remember what I did. (remove username and password if it has one so no one else will see)
