install ur web on linux and remote it through MSSQL to ur dedi server only thing can save u .

Website look logs attacked and fix problem

i will tell you the way to stop serious hacker, shut down website for year then come back

if it's lame hacker, use orginal mu core or remove admin gm etc panels

if it's ddos get better hosting

Both can't secure DDOS, either find better hosting, use anti-ddos software (kiwi-guard is an option) or do what Karli said.

Yup, to fix the ddos problem you're better off getting a dedicated server with ddos protection.
