Quastion about joinserver.exe

How to Change Port in JoinServer.exe , problems with connecting from internet to server in my local network(people wrom internet can select server , but when they should to see box with nickname and pass they have DC , people from local network can play when i put my wan ip to CS and mapserverinfo nobody can play) . I know exatly that problem with JS , so i think that JS port in router is wrong. I've tryed a lot of ports , but can't solve this problem.

P.S. Don't say to me please to change any ip's in servers files.

It`s not Joinserver`s fault
probably gameserver port is blocked.
