Update dbo.GameShopPoint set WCoinC='5000', WCoinP='5000' ,GoblinPoint='5000' Where AccountID='YOURUSERNAME'

Its depends on your database - serverfile type, if you dont have goblin points than remove it from the line, etc etc etc.
