Quest.bmd editor for 97

I have tons of editors at home, searched and found a lot more, tried them all and nothing!. I installed Magic Hand and nothing, it cant decode it!. Can someone share with me an editor for quest.bmd that works with such version?

I attached the bmd, if possible try to open and if it opens correctly please share that editor with me.

Thats all i got from decompiling it with command method which supposed to work but didnt work .
