Quest Item Drop

Hello guys,

I have a problem with 150 level quest drop for dark wizard (SM quest).

The problem is that Quest Item ("Soul Shard of Wizard") doesn't drop in any map. It should be dropping in Tarkan,Lost Tower7,Atlans2.

Server version Season 3 Episode 1, using SQL2000 on WinXP32bit.

the 10 is the rate i think make it 60 or 100 for test
