You should buy a vps if you want to run an mu server 24/7 rather than to buy static ip.
if your taking about MU Maker try reading some guides to make it remote . lol.

if you make a home hosting server you can use the mumaker on local ip: 127.0.0.1 but if you make a hosted server you need to use remote SQL server and you can connect with the mumaker with the server pc ip address..

omg, you want to hack with mumaker?:D or wtf?! if you are a game master, your ip address will be addod to the enable ips config and you can use the mumaker. if it doesnt work use teamviewer or vnc server.

i won't help for you :) it is bullshit :)
you need to know the ip address, the sql username(sa) and the password... you never find it on the ragezone.. :) and i think you are a shit friend if you want to destroy your friend's server.
