Quick questions.

I have some issues with items drop.
I use titan tech 11.11.82 files.

1. I have configured the drops in EventItemBag and i put for example to drop max 2 exc options, but some events drop items with 5 exc options. So is there any other place where i should look out for these drop setings? To set the maximum exc option drop?

2. I set castle siege from MUCASTLE_DATA for example to start at 15:00 romanian hour(GMT +2) but it starts earlyer everytime for example if i set it to start at 15:00 it starts at 9:00.
In mucastle_data i put the format like this "9.12.2012 15:00" The Dedicated server time is synced with romanian hour. So where i need to sync this to work proper ?

Problem 2 fixed. Can anyone tell me about my 1st problem? Where should i check drop setings?
