That's server sided, you can easily edit that at pcpoint.xt or something like that. Which files are you using?
im not any server owner sir, I'm just a normal player with a problem. I don't know what your question means sorry :X but I play here...

nope.. i asked around and a lot of other ppl also have same problem
Then ask to administrator to fix it, maybe he have disabled that option.
