Random drops

Hi. i tried everything, but i can`t change crest of monarch drop. it isn`t in items.kor, so i can`t delete it, and nowhere else.

Using SCFT seasion 4 files.

one more thing is that all the time drops exe Cross shield. i put the exe item drop 0 ( in scft configs ), but it still drops. And there is more. All monsters from icarus drops 380 lvl items, and phoenix even exe titan with sockets and luck. How can i change this mad drop? tehre is no file in scf configs where is changes about those drops.
