Raven and Ice Arrow bugs how to fix?

Hello
I have anoying bugs i try to make a server with reset but
Im doing the balance right now and the problem is
Dark Raven if i put more than 5k command my raven attack better than random german soldier from MG 42 (I mean speed is tooooo high) Yes i try to edit in Character.info files but nothing happend i can put 0 or 999999 values still german soldier.

Next problem (Think its not a bug but)
Ice Arrow Skill for Mouse Elf
Everythink is ok with speed etc but when i hit players almost every hit done make a freeze on character i mean other player cant move-everyone should know how that skill works
My question is how i can change that delay freeze? Coz now pvp looks like Ice Arrow spam and other char cant event move and hit. 1freeze =10 seconds
My question for this is
How i can change a delay or how i can change from freeze to just slow movement or make a delay for use this skill again like chain drive for rf or dark horse attack?
Most important is how to fight with that strange raven!

Dude I think we are having the same problem about the Damage, mine is like a Russian veteran soldier from WW2. 1-2 hits and enemy is dead even im just level 1 (no buff, no stats added). I've already changed the Character damage to 0. But still it Rush B. And for the elf arrow skill. Look for skills config (server files)

by the way you cant fix ice arrow, maybe you can change effect to ice storm's to make slow with it not stun :)

still same bug even if put 999999999999999999999999999999999999999999 still same any other ideas?
I try to change efect in server site for ice storm but in game it still get freeze + new effect :D

for the ice arrow thing i dont think its a Bug - i have exactly same settings same thing on season 2 and it is like that standard.
you need ice rings and ice pendant to avoid getting ice crashed :P i find it fair and challenging cus elf = 1 combo/nova etc and probably dead.

for your dark raven issue i think you must play with these configs just like Dode posted,

101.12 speed? i am not sure, try to make everything half .. lets say :

Thanks finally i setup that raven for 10k stats u setup
DarkSpiritAttackSpeedConstA = 10

after this he attack normally like it should
But the bigest problem is raven causek screen lags when attack this its caused by his animation attack anyone know how to fix that bug?

Well the DarkSpiritAttackSpeedConstD= 100
isnt that much? or if you reduce it then for your 10kstats config it wil not match?

can u make video of the lag etc?
