Free Referral System to all user of MuCore Website Engine.

Installation:
1. Put register.php inside htdocs>pages_modules>(Replace Old Module)
2. Put referal_system.xml inside htdocs>engine>config_mods
3. Put referal_system.php inside htdocs>pages_modules>user_cp
4. Run SQLQuery2.sql
