Repack TT 11.70.52 + Custom Item - Character error

Hi, i use Repack TT 11.70.52 + Custom Item release and i create a character and appear with 2000 points to assign. Reload character, and now appear lvl 400 Character.
I use win 7 x64 and sql 2008 r2 x64.

400 = level
2000 = Point
