Reset bug / and further questions in 0.97d

hallo. we recently opened a 0.97d+99 items server (i am not sure which files we used but hear me out) and i've noticed some things:

1) Sometimes i see a user first time in my life and he has like 5 or 6 resets in one day. Our XP is 10x and drop is x40% so i believe it would be impossible for someone to do that. What should i check to make sure the resets are working perfectly and how can i fix this? I had a report saying that someone was 255 lvl, 5 resets and within 10' he went 255 lvl and 6 resets! We're using windows 2003 sp2 and someone told us we might have a problem with that. We CANNOT downgrade to Sp1, but would Sp3 work?

2) Our players have reported that some times when they disconnect for any reason from the game, they cannot go back in because the server won't show them the server list. This problem offen solves it self after 20-30 minutes but it's getting annoying. The only "solution" we came up so far is by shutting down the CS and re-opening it.

3) The Chaos Machine is burning items that have a success rate of 100%. I used an editor to edit that but it just won't work. Is there some way i could hex the Gameserver.exe? And if yes, what should i be looking for?
