/reset Command not work

Hi guys.

How to make this /reset command working fine ?

I have same situation from this thread :

Mine not " insuficent levels ", but " Must 399 Level or Above ".
I have 400 level, after type the /reset command in game, it will tell me " Must 399 Level or Above ".
I've already checked the config files and do some changes inside, still nothing happen.

Any solution guys ?? I need it ASAP.
I'm using SCFMT S4 Files.
This is only beta server. Thank you !!

P/s : IF possible i want S4 Auto Reset Query and where should i put the query.

Thanks, already solve it by myself.

But other problem is, why my BOK+2 become "reinforced item" ?
