Response error after connection cause conclusion 11400

hi guys, all the time i try to login with my account i receive this error in gameserver anyone know how to resolve please!! this is a imege of the error in gameserver.

what windows u have?
also it might be because there is some really really bad configs u got so try using other repack (or gs)

windows server 2002 , but i use sql server 2008 r2

2002 or 2003? cuz if 2002 then thats the problem for sure... you need atleast 2003 or 2008 also

when i go to buy a vps on bee2host it send me to an other site sovahost , what me need to do ?

yeah u need to register on that sovahost then, i think they used that website before as reseller but they dont do VPS now, so u can try it.
but it might take sometime if u paywith bank (since is weekend) if u pay directly u will get it asap, someone i know already uses it.
