Restores old database get error on character login: "character data setting fail"

Guys, I'm changing my files, 4.6 Julia for a 6.3 zTeam.
When I restore the database that comes with the 6.3 server files, all run ok.
When I restore my existing DB generated by my 4.6 server, select my character and try to get in, the game freezes and I get error on GS: "character data setting fail".
I tried to edit the "character" and "memb_info" dbs, to make identical to the new one.
Didnt work
What I supposed to do? Wipe my server db's and start again?!

If you need to use ur old DB, then u will have to find a way to fix that, mostly i dont know its some missing or wrong tables .

Else just download other 4.6 repack and use the databases from there.
