Ring of Glory / Ring of Wizardy

Hello!
How change in server/client side Ring of Glory attack speed (+10)?
In item.bmd id 13 index 20 - Ring of Wizardy, but in game he name Ring of Glory... WTF? and i dont see column attack speed or 10 value....
Where i can change this attack speed for this ring? I need change this because gameserver say: "[login][name][14.30.242.22] ClientHack Detected : Editing AttackSpeed [25][35] [25][35]"

Hello and are you sure that this is caused by these rings? Upload here to quote your commonserver.cfg maybe you're just not set properly.
