For adding spots you dont nned guide :) Just go to X:\MuServer\Data and open MonsterSetBase.txt. Here are all of monster spots. If you want to create spot, you must know ID of monster (find in Monster.txt) and coordinates of spot. For example, you want make spot of Splinter Wolf in Arena on coordinates 40 10. It will be:

Explanation:
351 - ID of mob (Splinter Wolf)
6 - ID of map (Arena)
4 - distance where can monster go (I recomended distance 3-4 or 5-6 for SM/MG/Sum)
40 10 - first coordinates (x y)
44 14 - second coordinates (x y)
-1 - just put here -1
10 - number of monsters witch will be respawned
