s3e1 server files error in 64bit machine

guys i test the files in XP 32bit. and its working fine. after configuration and some offline test i decide to put it online in VPS with winserver 2008 64bit machine and mssql 2008 r2 also 64bit.
why i have trouble in gameserver like that in ScreenShot.

i already config with my SQL account and password the settings/connect.ini file.

[Connect]
Account         = sa
Password        = <------------ my sql password here. why i got error like that? any idea guys? 
Database        = MuOnline
Server          = 127.0.0.1

AccMode            = 1

PlayerConnectInfo    = 0

if i got error in SQL account and password why all edata files working properly?
badly need help here..

change the 127.0.0.1 to your sql server name or change your sql 2008 to 2000

same error in mssql 2008 r2 (SQLEXPRWT_x86_ENU)

i try Server =vps35\SQLEXPRESS
but still the same error i got. any other idea?

thank you for the reply. btw after some test i made. i found out the solution is
go to SQL server configuration manager/
enable protocol for mssqlserver/
tcp/ip <---- properties and enable localip here
