S6EP3 SQL and launch problem

Hello everyone,

I'm trying to set up a Season6 Episode3 server. Everything seems working fine, except I can't connect to the server...

I can run every app fine (GS, TitanLink, TitanCS, etc), I have no errors. I created my account using MuMaker 6.3, I can see my account in my database BUT I can't connect.

Any idea for this?

well you got a joinserver that might be MD5 , go to joinserver folder and try to turn md5 off or md5 on , if you cannot then u must download other joinserver which has the config inside to turn md5 off or on.<br>after that you might be able to connect.

I tried, didn't work...

Anyway, I reinstalled everything (sql server, odbc, etc). Seems I'm having problems with SQL and ODBC now. Everything in the installation worked fine (absolutely NO errors), I could restore my databases fine, BUT I got somewhere a connection problem:
For example, MuMaker and TitanEditor give me an SQL connection error:




Weird, because my SQL server is running fine.
And I can't run launch applications such as TitanDS, they just won't respond...



Any idea for these problems?

Well, I can't even remember how I did it, but it's working now...

Only problem left: GameServer wants to close everytime I launch it... (I got no errors on Joinserver, titanlink etc)

you did it cus of ODBC , odbc needs to be configured sometimes differently to run some programs , for GameServer i think u must have scfdb.exe running to run gs .
