S8E2 I can`t throw/drop Medals,BOKs,Heart etc

I can`t throw/drop Medals,BOKs,Heart, or even starter ring lvl 40 and 80 (warrior`s ring and champions ring).I can throw away any non important items. I searched the thread on S8E2 but no luck there. I search in the item.txt file and all the above items are listed as 1 (dropable) I had this problem from the start, so I could`nt messed somewhere in the editing process of shops, spots etc. I first ran x700 server of Karli, worked fine, except the items dropped were without lk. I tried a spanish tutorial (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=x8gq6JsGHwA) with S8ep2 with server/client from zteam it looked beautiful, RF and summoner working, cool items/sets but i have this only gamebreaking problem. Is it a forever problem on that version? I can`t run season 9 servers because my windows is 32bit system. Please help

those server files are old, try perfect zone repack or the files with sources

Thank you for your quick response ! I`ll try perfect zone repack. I did not knew where I landed with that tutorial. It seems people developed the server files quite well meanwhile. At least I practiced on a live 'pacient' , my very first cute server
