Searching hook for main.exe [HP visual bug]

Hello. I have spent my last 2 days searching for hook to fix hp bug as shown in this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0haD_oQdqGY and this image:


I need it for 1.03O/1.03.11/22656 version(season 4.6 IA Julia server) or might as well be little bit older or newer. I found exteam season 4.6 files with 1.03P client attached https://forum.ragezone.com/f197/exte...e-6-a-1050983/ but the problem is this client dont work with julia server, i dont know if it makes difference but i found out that exteam files are KOR, but ia julia is JPN.
I tried coding my own hook, but i stoped trying very fast, cause i couldnt found any similar open source hook to learn from, and im new to c++, i have coded only php and c# before so i dont think i can make it :(

So i would be very happy if someone can give me a working hook, or at least somekind of client what has hook already on it.

Seems like no one has what i need, so maybe someone can provide me a link to tutorial what will help me to develop this hook. If it will be succesful i will publish it ofc.
