Unfortunately i couldn't find one,

i know 97d/season 1 season = must run with launcher and ppl told me p4f launcher will make it work.. if not working then im not sure cus i havent done it my self yet.

i must have auto update launcher on my server,
do you know about something else?
u can always have alternative solution..
you can use mu.exe (global webzen launcher) with message.wtf and rename mu.exe to Updater.exe
and tell people to run this update whenever there is update.. or else i cant help you, like i said.. updater for low version should be this p4f, and maybe even sky team launcher, u have to experiment and find out.
