Season 2 monster hp

Hello!
I have problem with monster hp. I set it to 100% but monsters aren't geting stronger and if i kill them they don't give expirience. How can i fix that?

maybe try setting it to 99% or maybe you are soo high of a level killing low level mobs

try different settings in data\commonserver.cfg like DracoRox said 90%, 80%, 50%, 20%...
