i have enabled Pipe/Names TCP/IP and every single connection mode the SQL 2005 offers
Problem found with the help of a great coder, the problem is that Windows Server 2008 Web edition does NOT Support the mu server .dlls because they are old but we have managed to fix that and the server is now up!
