Season 4 - Lag, double rr

Hello dear,
I use IA Julia (Season 4) and i got some problems with this and can't fix it by myself..
First is lagging vaulut some times, and when that happing - lagging depot there is possibility to do double reset! When logout and go website make reset on website I see 1level but when I login in to game I saw 400level?! Then I logout again and make reset then the reset is good but i get 2rr not only one Oo how to fix it? and why that happends when there is lag with vault and login in to game (must wait like 5-10/20 seconds) Maybe any one know how to fix it?!

use vault delay etc, check the database collaps, maybe players can login with USERNAME username too and if you are logged in with USERNAME but on the website you reset the char on username, your char will be still 400 etc.

Turn off every event and you will see why are your dataserver lagging.

Maybe need to change it.
