Season 9 Interface Problem please help!

I'm having this problem on my Laptop, I'm running Windows 10 i5 Intel Graphics Driver, I updated all of my drivers, direct x. framework and what so ever I did everything irestarted the computer reextracted the client but still the same.

i heard maybe u have to Reinstalled your graphic drivers or even remove them Completely.
other than that go to your graphic panel and allow MU maybe to run in full graphics mode.
