Oh god i hate when people change the configuration way of the files to more complexing ..
if you wanna put spot at 184 129 u need to copy this:
//Monster MapNumber Range BeginPosX BeginPosY EndPosX EndPosY Direction Quantity Comment
003 00 30 180 090 226 244 -1 45 //Spider
just copy this
and paste again under the same line.
and then just change it
//Monster MapNumber Range BeginPosX BeginPosY EndPosX EndPosY Direction Quantity Comment
003 00 30 184 129 185 129 -1 10 //CUSTOM
now you must only change 003 to Mob ID
and remember if monster ID number is 99 u must write 099 if 5 u must write 05 just like other codes
30 = range how much coordinates monster can walk away from (184 129) and 10 = 10 monsters.

or website webshop?
