what you mean incompatability? he can log-in to the game the only problem of his client is stuck after logging in...
try to open your client main.exe using Maincracker and config your serial and don't forget to use Hex editor to edit the IP of the main because in Main cracker only 1 Ip you can change,, season 6 main.exe have 2 Ip to change!

Here are some scenarios :
- Your firewall is on, turn it off and if your content and its working turn firewall on and put exception port, 80,44405,55901,55919.
- Main <=> Server have incorrect ip, try double checking, don't use magichand editor, use hex editor and type " connect. " and change it.
- Mapserverinfo incorrect port to gameserver, double check ports its very important.
- ConnectServer does not support files your using.
