Hmm i think somethin with your connectserver?
use BoR connectserver and don't reload any settings from it or it will stay blank.
run the server files then gameserver.exe and people should see the bar then fine.
what files u use btw?
im using ai julia files can you share me good connectserver

download it from any z-team files release.

i didnt had any u know problems.
Make 2 folders in Data/lang/ named Jpn and Kor.. copy and paste commonloc in both and restart your server. :)
