open it> choose to view images and convert.
browse data\interface folder and find the Chat box image, click to convert it to image file>then you have the image file in interface folder.
edit it or replace it with any image you want, but has to be same size. and reconvert it back from .jpeg i guess to .ozj file.
then test.

if not it should be in server side ? message .wtf file in data or maybe a custom messages.txt
The problem is that I am color blind and for me merge the message with the ground.
It need not be the equal Messeng a small manual to change the texture color or make the masseng larger.
Ohh, thats not possible i think you need some coder to change the Font or Font size for your server.
maybe in your client you have .txt / .cfg file where u can do that, else im not sure how to help you.
Is there a away the ground texture change to black ?
Not sure, what if you change text to "PRESS TAB KEY TO SEE MAP OF GAME"
capital letters is more readable.

Here you can change font type (maybe different looking will be better for you)

Idk try "Arial Black" or "Comic Sans MS" or any u have installed.Code:[FontConfig "English"] fontlib "fonts/fonts_eng.swf" map "$NormalFont" = "Arial Unicode MS"
If you have some knowledge abt decompiling .swf
