Server online problem

Hey guys, i have a mu online season 6 server running, but thise is the problem:

When i run the server with local ip's everything is fine and everyone on the network can login and play.
but when i start changing the IP's to no-ip it still will let me connect but everyone els outside of the network is getting "Disconnect from server" message.
So my question is how can i make the server run on my global ip so everyone can connect?

maybe you need to open ports?
or
maybe in your system32/drivers/etc/host
