Server Startup Speed problem

I have wierd problem. Im using Windows 7 64x, when i launch server, every application starts after 1-2 minutes, i have tried a lot of files, but nothing changes.

Any suggestions? Where could be problem?

You wanna say that you are running a MU online server in your computer using Windows 7 64x? If yes, i think you face this problem coz of your internet speed and your RAM also. It's better to run MU server in dedicated server to prevent massive lags and etc. If you want to run it in your pc, you should have a very good one, if you don't, you will face many problems, plus when you run the server, you won't be able to do anything else, it will be laggy as hell and probably crash several times.

No im just testing files on pc, there is no problem with ram, 16 gb i7 8 core.

All programs just starts slow.

yes its ODBC thing , try to read some tutorials for 64bit OS's how it works.
