ServerStarUP 3 Red ODBC Problem ?

I am not sure but i have a problem and the problem is maybe odbc?

i have set up the server and i know how to do it but the odbc i really dont know how to fix it
i am using windows 7 x64 bit sp1

the files are
IA Julia 1.1.0.298 Season 4.6 ENG

Mate, if there are problems then we must see errors.
right click on them and pick Show> then show us the errors.

Plus i assume u didnt run odbc.req

i have run the odbc from IA Julia When i press show the event,Joine,Connectserver Are not even coming up
is like the program is skipping them,I can start from Folder Event and not even one error will come up i use odbc x64
yes and i have try to start all from folder but i just gate error from gameserver joineserve ip blablabla
