i need help in setting up server with globe broadband or Smartbro Broadband internet, does anyone know what to do?

Well I guess you mean to make your server public so everyone can connect :)? it's easy, open the following ports : 80, 44405, 55901 and 55919 on your router, if you don't know the gateaway ip, you can find it cmd, type ipconfig and it should say something like this :

Connection-specific DNS Suffix . :
Link-local IPv6 Address . . . . . : xxx
IPv4 Address. . . . . . . . . . . : xxx.xxx.x.xxx
Subnet Mask . . . . . . . . . . . : 255.255.255.0
Default Gateway . . . . . . . . . : 192.168.0.1
