SG Problem wont start up?

I have port forwaded 44405 55901 55919 but it still keeps on saying disconnected from server also whenever i try to run GS CS and SUB it would pop up then exits out wth!

have you tried checking the main of the IP?
have you tried checking this website and check the specified port if its open? (web is: http://whatismyip.org)
have you properly set-up the ips/sql configuration on the files?
have re-checked everything?

at first its hard dont get frustrated nobody gets it at first. proper configuration and patience is a must for a first timer(if you were) xD.
