Shatter's Client - Delete character above level 220 ..

I tried this guide ..
Also with the all variables that it can be (EAX, EBX, ECX and EDX)
EDX seem to be like we can see in the tutorial, But it won't worked ..
any idea why ?
Tried to switch the 0DC to 1F4 (500)
Tried also to edit the server side for this ..
And noting helped me ..
