After logging off or changing characters skills on the hot keys disappear. They dont save at all. You have to designate them again. any one know how to fix this?

u mean the skills are just gone
or the numbers u put on them they dissapear?
numbers dissapear
avoid quitting game by pressing F4. Use exit button.
