Sniffing packets

Does somebody know a method to catch ALL TCP/UDP packets from muonline applications?
I have tried winshark,wpe pro and etherdetect with no success : on TCP i get about 80% of packets and on UDP 0%.

PS: i would like other method than protocolcore hook in every application.
