[Solved] Mu Core 1.0.8 installation blank page

I'm done . Help me guys please. 3 days I was not able to make a website . I looked through all forums and nowhere i can find my mistake (including ragezone, yes i found similar thread but it didnt help me) .
My problem : When I open the install / install / php i can see only blank page :(
Im using XAMPP 1.7.3 (tried AppServer, Abyss Web server, EasyPhp) nothing works
Windows 7 64 bit
My ports are open
I tried options in config.php ( hostname ) - 127.0.0.1, my pc name, my ip . nothing works

$core['connection_type'] = "ODBC";
