Someone Help me How to Test my CS if it is working sorry noob

Please help me i want to try my castle siege if working but in other tutorial i see they input start date - 7 days for example /3/20/2016 - 3/27/2016 in muonlineDB castle date so i need to wait 7 days before trying it? or is there posible to have every day Castle siege please help me with this im begging give me some full tutorial my files is SCF
