how to add some spots ?

EDIT:Sorry that's not my problem my problem is .. when i open the xampp and others can connect , then after 1 hour they can't connect.. (and also me) this is the error what says

Check your config.php or config file that you need to provide your SQL Info
If you are using SQL 2000 just put (local)
if SQL 2005/2008 use for example LINUX\ADMINISTRATOR something like that
Check your sql info if your SQL username is right remember the default username is "sa" and check your password also
