well try to use MSSQL2k it's less memory usage for MuServer!

try to use MuServer Start Up that have less memory usage,,, what season of your server?
if its season 6,, then try this MuServer Startup by BARAMOS files,,, it will make your server running with less memory usage!

SQL Server will use all the memory it can and once the operating system requests it back it will give it back if it can.
You can also set the limits in the configuration.
